Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 2–3 weeks, not including postage. Please allow additional time for delivery based on your location. We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, especially during busy seasons.

Personalised Items

All personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their custom nature. Please ensure all details, including names and spellings, are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer.

Spelling & Customisation Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check all spelling and personalisation details before completing the order. We create your item exactly as submitted. If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible—changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Returns & Refunds (Non-Personalised Items Only)

We accept returns on non-personalised items only if they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will only be issued once the item is received and inspected for damage. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your non-personalised item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement once the return is received and verified.
